Our life is linked by a deep desire to be happy, but in this our system based on the growth of desires, where there is always a desire that is unattainable for us all a bit unhappy. Our happyness should not depend on external factors, delegating our happyness to other people or to be happy if we possess only one thing, must be successful to generate it from within us...

Yes to be minimalist have something good I think:) Be happy with what you have and enjoy it... We always want more and more and are looking what the others have want we don't have. We should stop that and just be happy with what we have....

For me life is a spiritual endeavor and I can only find happiness when I am in communion with God. The pleasures of the mind and body are fleeting while as I believe my relationship with God is eternal. I am only happy when I am living as he wants me to -- the virtues. Chris
