That's very similar to something I made a few weeks ago. Black beans, corn, onion, cilantro, cumin and garlic, chopped jalapeno, fresh chopped tomatoes, a tiny bit of oil and some lime juice. Very tasty.

Yes that sounds just about the same except for the avacado. How did everyone like it? Did you serve as a dip or burrito?

Very tasty. And nice for hot summer days. I used it as a dip with tortilla chips. It could also go well on tostadas which I really like. I had no idea it was an actual recipe or called "cowboy caviar".:D

That looks very similar to a black bean corn salad I make. Mine has alot of lime juice in it, which really brightens it up. Its very good.
