OP, that article is pretty simplistic. But then this IS the Simple living forums, haha! Seriously, you could make craploads of blog articles out of any one of those general points.

I read this same type of article in the realestate section of our local newspaper just last week. It is one that they repeat often, and it is indeed simplistic. Maybe work a little harder in being original on your blog. ;)
