A dragonfly swarm!

DH and I went out on our usual golf cart ride this evening, and discovered hundreds of dragonflies over our fields. It was incredible! Then I stood in the middle of a field and they flew silently all around me. I love this earth!

That happens in our yard at least once/year - not usually this late in the season, though! I love watching them.
