I thought this was recipes but it is all for purchase. Didn't see the button anywhere to delete this post...
Do you not just hate it when that happens? :)
Here are some for free (although there is sure to be duplicates):

About.com was problematic when they began, but their sites are pretty decent now. This page has links to depression era cooking, but you can find just about any kind of recipes there. My favorite is the Southern cooking recipes. On the linked page below, I like the sweet potatoes and cream recipe. I rarely tire of sweet potatoes, but it is nice to have another way to eat them than baked or roasted with other vegetables. For that recipe, I use powdered milk, made extra strong, and the pot simmers to to-the-bone comforting mush. Of course, you do not have to overcook it like I do.

As for Clara, she has this blog. There are not many and there is no organization, but it is nice of her to share some of the recipes:

Hi Jilly. Thank you so much for the links. I looked at Clara's and it was interesting! I also love sweet potatoes this time of year. Sounds like you have your favorite way to eat them down pat! Now onto the second URL you posted...chris
Well, maybe it helps her out financially? I've seen her youtube recipes. They are interesting and fun, but I rarely see any I actually want to replicate. It's nice to hear her stories.
I hope it does. I do not have a sound card in my computer, so I have never been able to watch her youtube videos, but her recipes were introduced to me by a friend. As best I can remember, she grew up surrounded by people who cooked frugally, not only because of need, but for the love of good food and the equal love of using ingredients to their fullest potential, like Jeff Smith.
According to my friend, she seems to be a sweet and personable person and it is lots of fun to watch her videos. I wish I had some marketable skill.

She did several segments on Youtube, you can search for them there. She has since 'retired' from doing them.
