It is really nice, and a great way to use up those last bits of worn-out jeans. But, it really does look like a whole lot of work, you know?

Well I guess it isn't a simple craft, but I think the jeans would hold up better than most aprons out there?

I totally agree, but I have many lazy bones in my body and making all of that binding is something I would do almost anything to avoid. Worse is that I have a very large attachment for my sewing machine that would feed the strips of fabric through like a dream.

I do love working with denim. Have made many bags and purses for friends from their old jeans. I especially like the big coveralls, adult size, because of all the design elements and hardware I can work into a bag.
