These clear ornaments hold dip mix in them. Put them together with a ribbon and directions at the top, they look cute in a little basket for a holiday gift:

Those are wonderful. An easy, inexpensive and truly unique gift. I may have to make some of these to go along with the ornaments.

Thought this was such a great idea too. A nice way to give dip mixes that makes the item cute....

I was at Walmart last night, stocking up on de-icer and windshield stuff for the car and saw the larger, clear plastic ones for 88 cents and wondered what else I could do with them, than the way I used them last year. It would be a larger portion of spice mix, but I could fill them half-way or something.

Hi Jilly, did you find ones that looked like Christmas lights? Or round globes?

No light bulb ones, just round ball, kind of flattened oval, star and one other kind I cannot remember. The approximate diameter was 3 to 4 inches, so pretty big.

You could fill them with chai tea mix. So much of the mix is powdered sugar it won't cost much.
