DH will be retiring February 1 so we will no longer have health insurance through his job. However, he is 67 and I am 66 so we will have Medicare. I have applied for and received our Medicare cards with Parts A & B set to start Feb.1. I have researched all the maze of Medicare Supplemental Plans, Prescription Plans, and Advantage Plans. (What a headache that has been!!) I think Humana's Medicare Advantage Gold Plan will suit us best, emphasis on the I think because who knows what the year will bring? Anyway, the Humana rep is coming to our house at noon today to answer a few remaining questions and perhaps bring up things that I didn't know enough to ask about. Hope that I can get it all settled today.
