Good athletic shoes with velcro for arthritics?

I'm finding that with my arthritic, bent fingers, its getting harder to tie my shoes.
Anyone have any with velcro? I would also want a good, support shoe too, as I wear orthotics.
Yes, I'm sort of like a patchwork quilt. hahaha
