HRT

I just started HRT three weeks ago. OMG what a difference!!!! I am a relatively healthy and 64 . I have an ovary and a fallopian tube removed 25 years ago hysterectomy 15 years ago . I was on Premarin and that did not do much good. These are boi indenticals. I had been getting very weak, hot and cold flashes at the same time, hip and shoulder pain. Had PT fro the shoulder and that didnt do anything either
I dont have as many hot and cold flashes. My hip and shoulder no longer hurts . The brain fog is lifting and the anxiety is manageable .
I regret not doing this sooner

Congrats, boss mare! Way back when I was also on HRT for a year or so. As with you, it made such a difference. I'm so glad you are doing and feeling better!
