What's your fave way to do rice & beans?
Last week for breakfast I made myself a big batch of a modified gallo pinto recipe (literally, spotted rooster, a traditional Costa Rican rice & beans dish). It was good and I ate it all week and was satisfied until lunch every day. I was thinking I should make more rice & bean dishes, because I'd get sick of doing the same one all the time.
I found a bunch of ideas on Pinterest, but thought I'd see what my tried and true SL friends turn to when they want to whip up a batch of rice & beans. :) Sooooooo . . . . . go!
