Saturday was a big substantial greek salad, with tons of veggies, tons of feta, some tuna and olives.
Sunday was chili that bf made a face about when he heard of it, as it combined turkey and buffalo meat (plus beans) which I somehow thought was somehow a good idea, to not even decide on which meat to use but use both. I might not do that again, but it was actually pretty tasty though, with homemade guacamole.
We bought some tomatoes at the farmers market Saturday, so will have BLT salads for supper.
A romaine salad with Javanese dressing, tomatoes, garlic, and green onions. Iced coffee with cashew milk and protein powder.
Chicken tossed salad and an orange. I had sweet treats in the afternoon so had to compensate.
A cheesestick? Just not very hungry.
I've cooked every single fresh veg in the fridge. I get on a plane tomorrow. Hubster has 3 meals of white turnips/greens and 2 meals of bokchoy/romaine. So he's set till Sunday. Fresh asparagus to saute tomorrow night for dinner. 2 bunches of kale sauted down and put in the freezer. I'll vacuum it tomorrow morning before I leave.
CSA has been on 4 weeks. This is the 4th vacuum sealed meal of greens in the freezer for winter. Wohoo!!!!

Today/tonight will be something with chicken. Haven't worked out the rest of the menu yet - lol.
