I guess this should go in rants, but having cut the cord, I haven't been able to watch any of the Olympics. NBC is one of the few networks that I haven't found a way to get free access.

I only watch clips on Youtube. Probably the sports you like are represented there.

It's funny you bring this up, hapypstuff. Last Olympic season, we had the same problem and I was visiting my dil and granddaughter. We thought we had found access, then realized we were actually showing her, who was 3 at the time, the Olympics from four years earlier. We started laughing, realizing that to a 3 year old, it made absolutely no difference what Olympics she was watching, and we all had a good time.

But I get wanting to watch it in real time, as an adult. I miss network tv when that was all there was.

I miss network tv as well! Most of what I actually watch these days is still on network tv.

Cute story! LOL. Even at 3, who knows what kind of impression it made on her!

You should be able to get network TV with a good antenna. There are models you can use inside.

Thanks, Jane. Unfortunately, we live in a valley. None of the inside antennas have been able to get access (even the expensive ones!), and we aren't really wanting to install some big outside antenna attached to the house.

Same with us in Hermann. For the first time in our lives we got cable TV two years ago because we got no reception with antennas, even the new types.
