You could pay a homeless person to stand just off property with a sign which calls attention to the situation. Or even better, rent a billboard near the dealership expressing your disappointment with their business model.

I'll be fine - just no yoga for a while as I now have a large incision on my knee. The idea of having any sort of cancer takes one aback, though.
Last time it was my upper lip, so this was a breeze in comparison.
The car dealership is still harassing me with junk mail. They are now recording their calls and I gave them an earful. They had the nerve to tell me it's my fault I didn't lock down my credit bureau reports when I did that months ago.
Glad to know at least it's not as bad an experience. Reminds me to make an appt. for a skin check with the dermatologist.
FYI, anyone wanting to make good money could do so by practicing as a dermatologist in the sunny states - we're always running to them to have suspicious spots checked out, and at least with my dermatologist, that's $100+ per visit. Worth it, of course, for peace of mind and/or early intervention.
