I'm so sorry. I hope you can get this resolved quickly!

Rosa, teeth problems are the worst! Y, stuffing is really good with pork chops.
Post root canal here. Still sore but feeling better just knowing it's the pain of healing rather than a festering abscess! Mashed sweet potato with a side of cottage cheese, nice soft and comforting.
Ginger turkey meatball and vegetable soup
A tossed salad and raspberries with cream cheese.
Vegetarian lasagna....we'll have leftovers tomorrow and turkey Thursday with leftovers from that Friday.
Leftover night: a little meatloaf, a little salmon, a little baked ham, and mushroom barley soup.
Curried chicken, green beans. I'm boring myself...
Wild rice with canned tomatoes and cheese. I haven't decided yet on cheddar or parmesan.
Rosa, glad you got to the dentist!!!
Posted this under the turkey thread, but it's also dinner tonight:
My Thanksgiving menu will be turkey, mashed potatoes, homemade cranberry sauce along with the canned stuff - LOL- , homemade sourdough rolls, steamed carrots, gravy, dressing and mac 'n cheese (child wants to make). Feeding a neighbor and they contributed a pumpkin and apple pie.
We are having probably the plainest and simplest traditional dinner of anyone here: turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans
When I asked DH what was for dessert he said probably nothing. So OK that’s fine with me, I’m all about the stuffing. It is essential that it have lots of onions
Last night was stuffing.
Turkey thighs, stuffing, sauerkraut and pork, mashed potatoes (maybe) shredded brussel sprouts in sauce ( frozen steamers) and pumpkin bread for dessert. Just us two. Zoom at 7 with family. Happy Thanksgiving everyone. I hope you can find something for which to be thankful.
Last night was stuffed chicken breast, mashed potatoes and veggies. My kids are dropping off ham and pie today.
Last night we had amazing Afghani food delivered from an amazing Afghani-family owned local restaurant. Shola and hummus makes life worth living.
DH worked today and ate lunch at work. I had an amazing salad with turkey tips left over from last night's dinner: lettuce, tomatoes, OLIVES!, celery, cuke, mint, a couple of cranberries, a few blueberries, goat cheese crumbles, and my current favorite salad dressing: Brianna's Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar dressing. DSIL had brought us a wonderful sweet potato pecan pie, so that was dessert.
Thanksgiving leftovers!!! Always good the second time around. :)
Bowing my head in shame while totally enjoying.... Dominos. LOL. I'll pay for this later, but I am holiday decorating and leftover Thanksgiving is almost gone and I don't want to do any cooking anyway and it was delivered and we have 4 paper plates left... I'm so decadent tonight!!!!!
Last night: leftover dressing, slab of ham, and corn.
Today: turkey soup and a turkey sand on a pretzel roll. Yum!!!!!!
Ham, veggies and rice.
Since we won't be having turkey soup :(, it's frozen pizza: a self-rising one for DH and an American Flatbread for me. Plus a salad.
I made some chicken soup with ample chicken pieces sometime ago and froze. Defrosted and added lots of veggies and some bouillon concentrate. Delish! Enough for another day. Large orange for dessert.
Pizza here, too, from a new pizza place in town. Doing our bit to try to keep independent restaurants alive during Lockdown 2.0.
New York style, they say. I'll be the judge of that.
Will do turkey soup in the cp today, using up some - if not all - of the remaining turkey, gravy, etc. with added sweet potatoes and some diced veggies. There is a nip in the air today, so I'm looking forward to some soup.
This 16-inch diameter pizza is about to go into a hot oven. The dough was made from scratch: 3 cups all-purpose flour, 1 packet quick-rise yeast (proofed in warm water), 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp kosher salt, and olive oil brushed on fermentation bowl and baking pan.
The toppings include store-bought spinach and Okinawa Spinach (leaves are purple on the underside) cut from an indoor plant I brought in shortly before frost. We have 4 pots of Okinawa Spinach growing in a sunporch with a southern exposure. I generally cut a stem when it is 12-18" long, and harvest the leaves for salad or stir fry.

Nice! I love the idea of bringing the spinach in. Next year, when we are settled. I did bring in my heirloom poppy that I container planted really late in the season, because I save the seeds. It's still blooming.
Or I won't.
After being put on hold for 20 minutes (where else did I have to be?) we called another pizza place; the family running it bought the pizzeria just before Lockdown 1.0. Good, but definitely not New York style. Nice break from turkey, though.
Tonight's dinner is a Japanese-style beef in the slow cooker. I'll serve it over a bed of shredded stirfried cabbage. Maybe a side vegetable; not sure yet.
A mix of chopped walnuts, tomato, guacamole, olives and brewer"s yeast - just mixed up what I had in the fridge.
Hot sugarfree cocoa.
Meatless Monday so...pie shell left from Thanksgiving will use for a mushroom, green onion and spinach quiche. Steamed beets with balsamic vinegar and fresh basil. Grapefruit and oranges with avocado on arugula.
PT: "Grapefruit and oranges with avocado on arugula" sounds amazing. What do you dress it with, if anything?
Nachos with beef yesterday. Today leftovers from domino’s pizza. My son comes home tomorrow so thawed my spaghetti sauce.
Chicken wings with Parmesan tonight (if I remember that this recipe is cooked in the slow cooker and I don't start cooking at 6 pm).
Japanese curry with onions and peppers over noodles.
Tonight is red beans and rice (with smoked sausage). Salad of some sort.
Just a tiny splash of balsamic or nothing at all since the citrus is juicy.Quote:

Thanks, PT.
Had a cp casserole of scallops potatoes, ground turkey and green beans last night. Not sure about today, as I still am debating the grocery store or not.
Black bean enchiladas with left over tofurkey that I'd frozen.
Mini mozzarella balls dipped in Triple Zero blueberry yogurt.
Cheeseburgers and homemade French fries.
