We subscribe to Hello Fresh and often Blue Apron. So we have whatever they send.
Even if I were single, I'd still get two-three meals a week as I really hate (and I'm not being hyperbolic) menu planning.
Grocery store sushi. It is pretty decent; they are on premises making it fresh every day.
DH had a successful 6-month follow up with his urologist. It had become our tradition that I would take him out to eat afterwards to celebrate, but we're doing things a little differently just now. We've not eaten in a restaurant since early March. On the plus side, sushi from Market Basket was under $20. and we would typically drop $100 - $150. at Legal C-Bar.
Twice baked stuff sweet potatoes - stuffed with mashed sweet potato, cheese, ground turkey, and diced broccoli.
Pulled spaghetti sauce out of the freezer.
Beet greens fried with garlic, onion, tomato sauce and Mexican blend cheese.
Pan seared summer squash. A neighbor gave me the main ingredient from his garden and I harvested herbs and mint from mine for the dressing.

Not sure what will be for dinner tonight. It's VERY hot and I'm not sure I want to cook at all. Maybe I'll just make a big salad and tell everyone to raid the fridge on their own. LOL.
Meatloaf and baked potatoes.
