DH had a burger, but I made gazpacho using one of the cucumbers from my bumper crop as well as tomatoes grown last year and frozen. It was a good recipe! Supposedly close to the Spanish style.
What else can I do with these tomatoes? My son loves them as crudite with Wishbone Chunky Blue Cheese dressing, so I can use them when he comes up that way. Also daily salads. Maybe make a tzatziki sauce.
I have more tomatoes from our neighbor and Basil from our garden so pasta with a creamy tomato basil sauce.

End of the 4 x 10 week for me so I'm exhausted and not cooking. Picked up some frozen meals... so far, not too bad! Kung Po chicken bowl and Country Fried Chicken bowl.
