That is my idea of a perfect snow, too, Klunick. Our dusting last night only on the roads!!! Driveway icy, hoping the sun takes care of it.

My rave: going back to MX - Playa del Carmen - in early Dec for a week of cave diving. Just booked my ticket - business class - on AA, as being squished in coach is so uncomfortable. $1073, but worth every penny. My ticket on Southworst in Aug was $725. I said I’d not go back, but I wanted to do a December trip. I’ve been in FL the last two Christmases. Everyone one here missed me and I them. This way I get my trip and get to celebrate Christmas with my peeps. Also, no hassle at all getting the time off, as has happened the last two years. Also early enough in December so somewhat less chance of bad weather in the Midwest.
Dive guide will be my full cave instructor from August. Really looking forward to it. I applied for Global Entry, but getting an appt for interview is questionable. So may not. But we’ll see.
