That was quick - congrats! So few houses these days, a good one goes quickly. What's next?

Thanks all. Working on getting rid of the house contents. After living in a mobile home, we realized we don't need much. It is so nice not to have all the maintenance and work required. We will rent until we decide what to do. We may visit son in MN and then go south to TX and rent from said landlord (for a modest fee). The plan is to switch and be south for the majority of months and north for summer. We want a simplified life..

This is a wonderful plan, Frugal! As soon as the big dogs go, I would love to do something like that. But for now, we are stuck needing a big yard for two big dogs.
