Roasted Brussel sprouts, baked tofu, and rice with a honey sesame glaze. It's a favorite when there's some extra time for prep. I have this woman's hard copy cook book and it a go to cookbook for several things.

Tonight is going to be buffalo chicken drumsticks and steamed cauliflower. The drumsticks were on sale half off at Safeway today. $2.38 for about a dozen of them. And the cauliflower is left over from a friend's party saturday where it was served cold with dip.
The Christmas festivities start today. Will be going to sil's for Santa and dinner. Various pasta dishes and I'm taking the garlic bread.
Polenta with red sauce. I just recently discovered Bob's Red Mill Polenta, which cooks up in about 5 minutes, as opposed to the longer constant stir method I recall. Enough left over for a fried polenta and syrup breakfast.
DH makes a wonderful butternut squash soup made with apples, coconut milk and spices so that is what we had along with salad.
Last night was a pan of various veggies and root veggies grilled and then served on couscous. We're trying to do a couple nights of vegetarian, so that went well.
