Wrapped all the Christmas presents this morning. Took over two hours but it's finally done.
Got $100 cash in a Christmas card from a customer. Got the same last year. And yes, I can keep it. Card was handed to me by one of the owners.

I'm actually really enjoying not working for the time being - I have lots of projects to take care of and it has been snowy and cold so the idea of sitting in the gallery for seven hours a day with hardly any one coming in is not appealing at all.
During this work sabbatical I've been going to the gym while I'm in town running errands and just taking it easy by walking around the track at a slower pace than I usually would do in the past, and riding the exercise bike. I am so out of shape that it feels like I am starting at zero and clawing my way back to health. My left shoulder and arm are still acting up quite a bit, and my lower back as well, but I am feeling pretty good otherwise. I've lost 3.5 lbs on our diet reset in the last week and making sure I get enough sleep.
