okay-----i had all-ya-can-eat prime rib at a chain restaurant out of idaohiwa called "Meat Pit". but yeah---there's one near me, but sense i wanted ta carry on the All-American turdition of drive-n-eat in my new monster truck, i went to a store 50 miles away. great way to get out and get some miles in! yup. so, anyway---didn't have no salad or anya that crap---just pure 100% usda red meat! Two racks of ribs have been in the smoker for about 6 hours, I'll be taking them out in an hour or so, baked beans and potato salad to go along with them. It's 85* and sunny so we've been floating in the pool all day, only getting out to spritz the ribs with a mixture of apple juice and butter. The smell has had my stomach rumbling for the past couple of hours.
Soba noodles with Bolognese sauce. I do have some potato salad chilling in the fridge for tomorrow.
