Luckily there are no cats in the household. Although I am occasionally visited by squirrels while having my morning coffee on the deck, I'll keep a close eye on those little pests.
We did really, really well financially at our craft fair on 12/6. However, it was our town-themed ornaments that accounted for most of our sales, so we still came home with too many boxes of pottery. One of the other vendors is hosting a fair on 12/13 and asked if we would like to participate, so we agreed. We have the modest goal of making our $50 table fee and emptying a few more boxes! We've never been to this venue before, so it will be interesting to see how it goes.
Congrats, rosa. I hope the upcoming sale works well for you.
I really haven't been crocheting in a long, long time, but recently made a wine bottle carrier for a sibling at the last family craft day. I realized how much I miss it! So, I'm going to start up again. Have one item I want to make one of the kids for Christmas, so... need to get started. LOL
I've sold 2 more mugs and a town-themed ornament this week to people reaching out to me via Facebook. I also have a waiting list of people wanting town ornaments once I have them made.
Rosa it is so great that you found this creative niche to have some fun and make a little money!
I echo iris lilies... great hobby, and great that you get to create things that people love and want.
I agree! Good going, rr!
