okay----i had orange juice, ramen noodles & cookies for dinner. but yeah----alla that stuff is "bad for you", 'cordin ta everyone who ever took up a pen and become a dietitian. yup. so anyway----what is "good for you"? Prolly they's say smoothies made outta walnuts, pecans, raisins, artichoke, eggplant, aspargus, brussel sprouts, acorn squash, zucchini, lemon & lime peels and the resta that kind of cally-fornya junk. THAT, would be deemed "Healthy". Yup.
It's been good to use the kitchen more with the cooler evenings. Baked cod, rice, and slaw followed by fairly local watermelon. I remember a time when the family would take a short drive out to the country where a farmer's produce market had watermelon in a stock tank in an ice water bath. Father had a ritual of various thumpings to pick the best mellon.
Bowl of homemade chicken soup and a Grilled cheese/Bologna sandwich. And, garlic dill pickles.
okay-----on account o' the high prices o' catt food, dogg food, and parts for old Packards, i only had a 38-cent box o' mac-n-cheese, orange juice, and oreo cookies. yup. i did NOT have, chicken in any form, pork in any form or "spring-caught trout" or huge chunks o' beef from the grill. nope. hope that answers your question. thankk mee.
