Companies like that are very expensive. Plus he probably will just transfer his junk to a storage unit not throw it away. Day labor guys in general work hard especially if they know that the job will last longer than one day. We have used them to landscape a quarter acre yard and other projects. You decide what you want to pay because you have to pay everyone the same on the job and they accept or refuse before getting in your car. We always find what most people are paying and then go higher.
Where does one go to find day labour? Is this a usual approach throughout the US? I am not aware of a day labour agency around here. I do have nearby neighbours that I can hire for special jobs but got their names through personal contacts.

The home goes on the market Friday. Today a professional photographer comes to take pictures. I am listing it for what it appraised for a year ago. Prices have went up 10% so hoping for a bidding war but will also be happy at asking price of 370k.
So within the first hour of listing I have 4 showings scheduled for today and 4 more scheduled sat through Monday. Very excited!
