A Chipotle bowl with brown rice, black beans, steak, diced tomatoes, sour cream and cheese. As the house chef, I took the evening off.
I pulled a spinach black bean enchilada from the freezer back when I had fresh spinach, refried bean burrito, homemade salsa with garden tomatoes,, and Spanish rice.
Celebrating a family birthday tonight so either delivery or social distance dining outside.
I have a lot of veggies and such in the fridge that need to be used, so tonight will probably be cauliflower steaks, roasted sweet potatoes, corn on the cob, salad, etc.

Chicken legs in the cp probably with bbq sauce and leftovers! We seem to have an abundance of leftovers in the fridge, for some reason. lol.
