Okay----It is a disgrace to the nation that these stigmatized sites be "developed"! Guess what? I did some checking, and within the last decade, the former site of the ill-fated Cocoanut Grove Nightclub in Bah-Stun has been "redeveloped" with more "Luxury" stuff! For 70 years afterward, it was a parkin' lot, and had a plaque on the site, reminding of that dastardly day in infamy---The Cocoanut Grove Nightclub Fire, which claimed at least 490 lives! Yup. At the rate this country is declining, Disney will get a 199-year lease for $1 and Tax Breaks to open an amusement park on the site of the Battle of Gettysburg! Yup.Attachment 4489

But yeah---Perhaps summa you kids might be wondering what I'm having for dinner, tonight? Well, I made reservations six months in advance to have succulent imported New Zealand Freshwater Eel Sushi, served at one of my favorite restaurants in New London, Tx. It is built on the site of the school that exploded in 1937, (due to a natural gas leak) killing nearly 300 children & staff members. Even though gasoline is around $4/gallon, that fresh eel is SO yummy & awesome & amazing, it's worth every penny, to get out and DRIVE! Okay---This is really something---yesterday, USPS brought two small boxes of essential parts for my projects. But yeah--The boxes are approximately 1 foot square, and 6 inches deep. After I filed my parts away in my school-surplus file cabinets(labeling the parts as to what they fit), I placed the empty open boxes on the sofa/davenport'lounge, and left them there overnight. Well, guess what? In the morning, the boxes were filled---with cats! As I write this, one of the boy kittens is occupying one, and the other has Teen Mom and her girl kitten in it. By the way--these "kittens" I refer to are nearly 2 years old, and larger than their parents. But, they are still kind of attached. Isn't that interesting? No? What's the matter with you?

Okay---the Dastardly deed has been done. As usual, those demmagogues get up-in-arms(ha)with their "we-told-you-so" when one of these incidents happens. It's a knee-jerk reaction. By the same token, they don't seem upset by the numbers coming out of the inner cities, in a steady stream, day-after-day-day-after-day. An effective course of action would be deemed "ray-ciss" and "Gestapo Tactics", by those very same demmm-O-gogues. Yup. Anyway, one report I read said the perp walked right into the schoolhouse, because it was unlocked, and found his targets. Now, how come I go into places like gov't agencies(like the SS office), and there's a locked entrance that requires you to summon someone to give you a visual check, and buzz you in, and an armed cop, working on his pension, while supposedly keeping an eye on things, but this school did not have that? But yeah---look at the annoying, dwerpy Beta Odork, getting up on his soap box! He's irritatin'. And all the rest of them. Hey--they know all the answers; they eliminated poverty, with their Great Society, didn't they? Yup. I mean, Nope. Ha. Hope that helps you some. Thank me.

Okay---this may not seem important, but it really is. I was thinking that it was theremin music featured on the classic "Pet Sounds" album(one of the few I have) on the song "Good Vibrations". I thought: Yeah, that's it! Wellll, kinda is kinda not. What it is is an Electrotheremin, which is an improved instrument. That's all I know, though. Sorry. But, that's what it is on Good Vibrations. Yup.

These are our local resident eagles and they are major celebrities in town. There are eaglets in the nest!

The Cocoanut Grove fire was only a few miles away from where I live, and my mom remembered it well (when her memory was still working). It was quite a tragedy, but real estate is way too valuable around here to let any sit vacant. Chelsea used to be a pretty poor, undesirable area, but it's become gentrified due to it's proximity to Boston.
