Beautiful deep snowfall here last night and knowing that when we go "home" to Austin next week, it will be the opposite with spring in full regalia - bluebonnets and all.
Enjoying the many many feet of snow at the cabin. Snuggled in for 2 days of relaxation and escape from the rat race in the city where people are idiots on the snowy roads (with 1 inch).
Right after all of the rain here we had a huge beautiful rainbow with a faint second rainbow. Especially beautiful.
We have daffodil leaves coming up!!

see what is going on here? Roofing. Professional roofing. The leak from hell will be fixed I hope but honestly I am worried about it. DH has been chasing that leak for more than a decade. He fixes it in one spot and then it shows up in another spot.
