Crack slaw and citrus salad
Ham and steamed cauliflower. I'll go for something fancier tomorrow.
A mix of triple zero cherry yogurt, steel cut oats, coconut flakes, raisins, olive oil and lemon juice.
Fried eggs, sausage, bacon, and sourdough toast.
DH is making pork tenderloin medallions with butternut squash puree and roasted red potatoes.
The "something fancier" was a tri-tip steak I bought by chance at an Asian supermarket. Tough?? DW wouldn't even try it. I soldiered through a piece though I think it would have been less work overall to open a can of tuna or something. I will turn the rest of the steak into thinly-sliced beef for pho or somesuch. Maybe roast chicken tonight....
Baked haddock :)
