Two boneless pork chops sautéed in olive oil with lots of chopped garlic from a jar. Salt, pepper, and garlic powder on the chops before I decided to use the chopped garlic, too.
Dipping in mustard. Some of the garlic is really browned and crunchy and very tasty.

I made a great salad: chopped up fresh broccoli from our garden, red onion, red pepper, ham, cabbage, all cut into about the same size pieces. Add a little salad dressing. I suppose you could add shredded cheese for additional calories but I don’t need those.

Thanks, everyone.
Dinner was GOOD pizza! (not Dominos - LOL)

Chicken legs in honey BBQ sauce in the cp. Will add a veggie and grain.

Excellent Dado. They say the brighter the color of the food the healthier it is.

This kale is the first cutting from my garden. (Not counting snips of herbs for seasoning.) Yay!
I genuinely love to eat what I can grow.

Just cut some lettuce from my garden for a dinner salad. Too hot to cook!!
