Ironically I hadn't noticed this thread until today, our last day with our Freddy. She was 13-1/2. I took this photo of her this morning before taking her in to the vet. She was having a horrible morning of howling, pacing and throwing up, peeing different places. Then she seemed to want to go outdoors. She's always been an indoor cat, 100% of the time. So I thought, what the heck, let's go out. She lay in the sun, watched birds, breathed the sweet air. I miss her already. I keep thinking she's going to come tell me it's dinnertime, or I watch for her when I walk from room to room thinking she'll be there. I'll miss her rubs on my ear at night the most.
