Glad to hear that it went well. I can only imagine what ohare would’ve been like. I hate that airport. Most of our friends here that have global entry or tsa pre have gone to Sacramento for the interview for similar reasons to yours. Faster appointments and ultimately an easy process.

I was very lucky I got the notice Sunday night I could schedule an appt and got the appt this morning. I was really lucky. O’Hare didn’t have any appts for weeks.

Thanks, jp.. all is fine where I am. We're on an island, so the only thing that happened was the lake swelled a little, but we are fine. Soggy lawns and gardens is all. I feel bad for all those places in VT I know so well, like Ludlow, Weston and Londonderry that have had major flooding. We have a friend who owns an inn in Landgrave (between Londonderry and Weston) and I really hope he is OK.

IL, we just put down mulch--my vision is to eventually add some type of stone--blue stone or flagstone--as stepping stones on the path, but it's not a priority this year.

I'm supposed to be in Ludlow next week for a craft class but i don't think that will happen. I've seen such awful drone footage. I never think of VT when i think of natural disasters.
