    Friend brought over a pork loin, so have not quite half in the cp and will give the other half to next door neighbors. Will have it with the leftover veggies from easter dinner.

    Made a new recipe to me, dumpling salad--you cook potstickers and combine with a prepackaged Asian salad mix from the grocery-- it was super easy and really good.

    nswef. Thank you. I check in every so often! Sauce Balmoral can be used for both steak and chicken. It is a whisky, cream and mushroom sauce. Very tasty!��
