Projects between now and Summer Solstice

I like the threads Chicken Lady used to start of projects to be completed in a span of a few months, so I'm going to start one. Please join in if you'd like!
These are the things I need to accomplish:
    • Wash screens, windows, curtains & shades
    • Clean up, shred and mulch garden beds with fallen leaves
    • Sand, prime and paint kitchen cupboard (remember my cupboard?)
    • Clean closet and cull unloved clothing
    • Fertilize garden beds

I've already gotten a good start with the windows, etc. I also got kitchen floor and wall samples tested for asbestos (none present), so that removes one barrier from us making some progress on the eternal kitchen project.

Get my second dose of the covid vaccine.

Once I am fully vaccinated go to the dentist. I have already started to look for a new dentist after I fired the old one for calling up family members who they were not authorized to contact and tattling on me that I was not going to the dentist during a pandemic.

Once I have a new dentist in place follow up with the state licensing agency on my complaint against the old dentist.

    Plant garden.

Celebrate Mother's Day and Father's Day.

    Dependent on son:

    Get security cameras installed
    Get tree cut
    Get furnace cleaned
    Get electrician in

Rosa, where did you get the samples tested for asbestos?

Thought you are supposed to report Hipaa violations within 180 days? Also, that wouldn't be a state thing.

I reported it at the time and received a letter acknowledging receipt of my letter but nothing since.

The state licenses dentists through a Board of Registration.

Tybee: We used these folks: http://www.proscience.net/home.html. We had 3 samples and it cost $50. per sample to test them. We got results within 48 hours via e-mail. We dropped our samples off, but it looks like they can also be mailed. You can probably find something closer to you though; this place is in Woburn, MA.

I know you talked about that dentist call when it happened, but I’m still shaking my head about it. That is pretty crazy.

Figure out what to do about this house, and other house in Michigan.
Get Mother settled in new facility.
Get a physical and get started working on some of these medical issues.

Those are big challenges to get done. Wishing well on getting them all resolved and restoring your peace of mind. It is a difficult period getting through a lot of issues at one time. Virtual hugs!!!

Thanks, Razz, so much appreciate the virtual hugs!

This morning we just decided to sell this particular house in Maine, so that is one big decision reached!
