Catherine, I love the way you created that tree, very nice!

We're spending the winter wandering around in approximately 216 sq ft of living space so our Christmas tree for the past several years has been this. I think we have about $5.00 invested in it, including batteries.

Haha! Alan, that was my first tree up here in Vermont--$5 tree from the Dollar General. It was pre-lighted and even came with plastic ornaments! I love Christmas because any tree will do.

Early: Just make sure to avoid Salem in the month of October. It's seems like the whole world wants to be in the Witch City in October, so crowds and traffic are a nightmare.
Catherine: That was a great solution! I need to take some pics to post of my tiny trees.

Love the tree, catherine! A couple years ago when the lantern fly infestation seemed to be at it's peak, we bought an artificial tree. I'm used to it and enjoy it once it is finally up. I do, however, have a wall saved for trying a wall tree!!! So far the rest of the family has vetoed it, but once it is down to just dh and I, it WILL go up. LOL

Alan’s little traveling tree is nice. Think how many miles it gets in, while all the other Christmas trees just have to sit in one old boring spot.

I recently heard of the free streaming service, TUBI, on the MMM forum. Last night I watched "We Need to Talk About Kevin" and it was really good! I didn't find the commercials to be excessive. I browsed a bit and I have a bunch of movies in my TUBI queue.

Thanks! I'll have to see if that is one I already belong to or not. I tend to watch more things on Pluto TV.

Rosa, you can get Kanopy from your library; that's good for movies.
