I have watched the earlier seasons of All Creatures Great and Small and always anticipated the newest season, but maybe it's about run the course for my attention span and Season 5 is not as enjoyable.
I wasn’t as enchanted with Severance as I thought I would be. I made it through 3 or 4 episodes. It was ok but not memorable for me. I may pick it up again later.

okay---I'm thinkin' o' sitting back and "doing" a watch-A-thon of old Gene Hac Man moovees. The only ones I can think of are the one where he played a bassabaw coach and another where he was the villain in a batman or superman moo-vee, and one, a dramady where he played an all-night drugstore manager that had barbara Streisand in it. Yup. But I know there were others. Name names, so I can commence. All of 'em are over 20 years old, so they should be free online.

okay---I'm thinking maybe about a sit-n-watch of an old moo-vvee called: "Canadian Bacon". Actors are Alan Alda, Bill Nunn, John Candy. But yeah---the topic is timely; plot line is about a war between Canada & USA. Yup.

I saw this and rather enjoyed it.

I watched the animated movie "Flow" last night. It is so strikingly original that I couldn't stop watching. I read that people's pets watch it too I presume because of all the barking and meowing.

I have heard great things about this. Isn’t this the one made with public access software that didn’t come from a mega million Animation studio?

I watched “Conclave “a dramatization about picking a new pope. The costumes and sets and cinemetography were great. The story is about the various factions within the college of Cardinals who choose the pope. Surprise ending.

Realistically, we can’t discuss this film without considering the ending. For that reason I won’t divulge my thoughts on it, but…if you have seen it you can imagine I have thoughts!

edited to add: I started a separate thread for discussion of this film.

I also watched Conclave since it was finally free. But I still thing Shoes of a Fisherman was more moving. However, it would recommend Conclave and once I saw the ending, I now want to watch it again and pay more attention.
