Driving home from dinner earlier SO joked ‘can you see the northern lights?’ It wasn’t dark yet so he was just being silly. Then two minutes later a friend texted that his mom had seen them in Kentucky! We’re sitting out in our backyard now looking for them.
Anyone else see them? The only time I’ve ever seen them was 40-something years ago when we were visiting family in rural western Kansas. They were just big green swirls in the sky.

Cloudy here so didn’t see them; but I saw them in college.
my neighbor down the block, took a Time-lapse photo and captured it, so it was visible from down here in Missouri. I couldn’t see them though.

Marvelous pics! Here in Ohio we saw a bit last night, it actually showed up more on the camera than we could see with our poor naked eyes. But the little we did see was wonderful! Tonight we weren't able to see anything.... Would LOVE to see more of them.
