    Pet cuteness

We should have an ongoing thread about this topic.

My tiny cat discovered “milk chunks. “

You know how cats get excited about something and they delve into it like there’s no tomorrow? Yeah, that was her when she found out about cottage cheese .

We now call cottage cheese “milk chunks “because she’s such a little milk hound. I know you’re not supposed to give cats milk, but she really likes a little bit of milk every day, just a tiny bit, and gets mad when we don’t give it to her.

Most humans are such softies when it comes to their pets. LOL. IL, you have become quite the cat person!

she is a little pig about grease. If we don’t keep bacon grease lidded, she wades into it and then needs a bath. Recently she waded into chicken grease…a mess.

Awww. So cute. Our kittens have taken over the house. Not only do they rule thugs but they rule each other. Or at least dr Jill does. She gets upset if daddy SO lets her sister in his lap first…: She then tries to force her way onto his lap for morning nap time. Eventually they both give in and cuddle together on him.

Another wonderful day at the shelter today. Two new three kitten sibling groups arrived. One, that I am calling the Candybar Kids were ready for a party. This is Almond Joy. I love that it looks like she's wearing a covid mask. So adorable. (Her brother and sister are Butterfinger and Toblerone.)

Funny day at the shelter today. I went to the lobby to return the container of kitten food where they have crates of kitten containers on wheels so they can easily take them to adoption events at pet stores and such. There was a door open to one of the cages and a kitten just wandering around. So I picked him up and turned to the adoption manager and asked ‘should these guys just be wandering around?’ And her eyes got big and she said ‘noooooo!’ So I held the little guy while she chased his sister around the lobby and finally caught her.
