    New test kits for flu

I see where a person can now get a test kit that tests for both Covid and flu. They are saying they cost about $15 and I'm not sure about whether insurance will cover it. I suppose there could be some benefit to knowing if you have just a cold, or the flu, or Covid for that matter. For example I think you can get antivirals for the flu, like Tamaflu. Also the people who claim the flu shot gives them the flu could have the opportunity to test the theory. I can think of other benefits. For what it is worth, my doctor has said the symptoms of the last round of Covid variants are more like a common cold for most people. It would still be good to know, especially if a person is going to be around at risk people like the elderly.

Interesting Rogar, I didn't know they had tests for the flu.
