My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far today, I have finished two bags of M&Ms and a chocolate cake. I feel better already!
We headed out this morning to check out an event. Between the parking hassles, crazy driving and crowds of people, I was glad to get back to the serenity of my house and gardens.
