    I stopped by the Missouri botanical gardens today and saw this sad little clump of Iris versicolor. It is quite diminutive so perhaps it is desperately unhappy because it’s not getting enough water. Or perhaps it is a small sub species, I don’t really know.

    Aww, poor iris! Here is a good example of it literally in a koi pond.

    Yes that looks like a healthy clump, it is loving its water
