    Fun Netflix Movie

We just watched Nonnas, based on a true story...fun and yummy food. Great cast!

Nonnas is on my watch list. Seems like a nice feel good movie. Will watch it tonight.

I saw a CBS Sunday Morning piece on the backstory of Nonnas. They interviewed the restaurant owner and he talked about his story and the movie. I'm definitely interested in watching it.

Loved it but the kitchen operation did not seem very realistic. Takes a lot more to run a restaurant kitchen than 4 ladies cooking. But I loved the actors.

I agree! And the ending scene with the dancing around the restaurant was very, very similar to the ending of another restaurant movie with a happy ending: Big Night.

That's pretty good. I had to visit the refrigerator myself. I really liked the movie, even if restaurant work was a bit romanticized.

I took a break of several months from Netflix was was glad to see a few good new features. I'm watching Black Mirror which I like, but is not happy.

It's all fun and games, right TMS? Certainly realistic to think that one could hold a full time job and run a restaurant on the side!
