Okay---he's an idiot, and the stuff is too expensive, anyway. Yup. You kids can discuss amongst yourself. Thankk Mee.

I am not a big consumer of ice cream, but I do enjoy Phish Food and Cherry Garcia on occasion.
I have to eat Ben and Jerry's ice cream. It's a Vermont state law.. Mmmmm. Imagine Whirled Peace. (I'd eat it just for the name.)

I haven't bought ice cream from the grocery store in ages, but did have some great ice cream cones while on vacation.![]()

Never had this brand. More expensive, weird naming makes me not have a clue what is actually the flavor.
I have been eating more ice cream since the cancer started, as for a while it was all about putting on weight (and is again, as I have lost 25# in the last month).
Mostly Aldi's vanilla, about half the time with chocolate syrup on it. Some times a root beer float. I'm craving DQ and a hot fudge sundae.
I've had other flavors, but I tend to be pretty simple now.
The world's a better place with Cherry Garcia.
My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far today, I have finished two bags of M&Ms and a chocolate cake. I feel better already!
I've never tried Ben & Jerry's ice cream and probably never will. I'm a brand loyal kinda guy and already have a local favorite ice cream which I regularly enjoy. Another reason is that I've always found the company to be a bit preachy, which didn't seem to change much when Ben and Jerry sold the brand to Unilever about a quarter century ago, although I recently read that Unilever wants to dump the brand and that the original owners may be interested in buying it back.
I also saw yesterday that Ben disrupted and had to be physically removed from a Senate hearing earlier this week, which appeared to me to be just an attempt to get back into the public eye in a manner that would meet the approval of his former brand's most loyal customers. Lately I've become extremely bored of showboating histrionics.

I tend to eat Haagen Daz if I am splurging, but both Ben and Jerry have been great citizens of Vermont from what I have seen over the years. Done a lot for their beautiful state.
I have ice cream about 3 or 4 times a year and it's almost always a treat regardless of brand. There is a surviving Basking's Robbins in the area and it's as good as anything.
Ben and Jerry's was sold and is owned by mega food giant Unilever, but maybe Ben and Jerry still have something to say about things.

Ice cream is ice cream ... no matter who manufacture it. Unless it is very expensive, I love it!
