What new thing have you tried recently?

I am going to try to use flour tortilla shells for a pie crust. This is a cauliflower and cheese semi quiche that uses a crust made of grated potato. But no potatoes and lots of tortillas. Youtube is great and had several ways to use them.

How did your tortilla crust turn out? Any more, my quiches are crustless with - maybe - some homemade biscuits on the side.

I ground chickpeas into flour this morning. The plan is panelle for dinner. Never made panelle before.
