Definitely a fondness for the movie, but that may also be because of another bond we share--we're both musical theatre geeks. But also, I have read that adolescence is the worst age to lose a parent, because of how highly charged the young teen emotions are at that time. Neither one of us has spent much time talking about our fathers, but I suspect we both have abandonment issues. Maybe that's the why we've been married almost 50 years. We both have a subconscious compulsion to cling to each other at all costs!
