    I was I drama major in college and we had a quirky professor for a department head. At the end of our senior year, he had a meeting with each of the drama majors to discuss career options, as he saw them, given what he knew about us and our talents. My good friend Trisha (who I still get together with every year) was a great actress and had parts in a lot of serious plays, like Greek tragedies. So she was totally shocked, not in a good way, when the professor told her she should go to clown school.

    Circuses still have clowns, I'm sure, and apparently you're not overqualified to be one if you have a college degree.
