You have asked several questions in the same vein on this website and have received many fine answers.

What will you do tomorrow to get closer to the path you are seeking? Sitting in your room asking questions of strangers on the internet will not move you forward much. We do not have The Answer for you.

In addition, you've had a lot of great responses to many of your questions. It is starting to feel like you want the easy button answer to life. there isn't one unless a pile of $ drops in your life and that is another pile of problems.

You need to set some goals and then plan a road map to get there.

Perhaps Mom and Dad are ready for the 30yo to move out? You're super young for liver failure? Hepatitis B or C? Not easy to get. Lifestyle changes necessary?

The answers are all yours.

Very few young people have liver failure although it’s possible as my best friend lost her 19 year old daughter to a rare liver disease.
