In addition, you've had a lot of great responses to many of your questions. It is starting to feel like you want the easy button answer to life. there isn't one unless a pile of $ drops in your life and that is another pile of problems.

You need to set some goals and then plan a road map to get there.

Perhaps Mom and Dad are ready for the 30yo to move out? You're super young for liver failure? Hepatitis B or C? Not easy to get. Lifestyle changes necessary?

    The answers are all yours.

It doesn't help OP's case that every new thread drops a new fact of significant value (this time, liver failure).

Am I being nasty in asking if this is simply a troll?
As Cicero said, “Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues, but the parent of all the others.”

Very few young people have liver failure although it’s possible as my best friend lost her 19 year old daughter to a rare liver disease.

Well, if it is not, then I hope the OP gets some help. Catholic Charities, if you have that in your area, will help you with counselling, at affordable rate.
