Yep, sounds like what the Trumpers are attempting.
Hopefully these terrorists will be caught and treated as such. Including the president.
And after this is over we hopefully are smart enough now to not put statues of any of them up as heroes.
If they were black they would be dead. But they are white so we are trying to talk them down.

If they were black there would’ve been 5000 armed police/national guard in riot outfits surrounding the captor building for the past two days in preparation.

There are protesters on the Senate floor, and a woman on a stretcher was recently moved out of the building. With blood and chest compressions.
This was predictable, with all Trump's bellicose rhetoric. He's probably in his bunker, showing his usual concern for the republic.
What's really scary? I'm innocently on lunch when I get a text from another neighborhood activist - lamenting that we don't have a militia to protect the 85006.
EXCUSE ME??? When did we become Honduras other than health care access issues and food insecurity? I've known since I was 14 that a huge fall was coming - but do we need to go quite this third world? The whole world is watching, I'd better send an email to Vienna to let my family know it's isolated and I'm not under direct threat other than economically as we all are 24/7/365 as Americans. But this militia thing???
