I like ginger beer and would like to explore mocktails more. I'm a big fan of variety.

I love ginger beer! The spiciest I’ve found is Fever Tree. But I like Reeds the best.

My rave is that I had a stressful day which included three interviews—two never showed up and I had 8 clients listening. Plus I gave my beloved maple a haircut for safety reasons. The silver lining on that is the tree is actually a sugar maple and very strong! So now I’m sitting under it reading a book and listening to peepers, owls and a variety of birds. Bliss!

Rave for weekend get-aways!!! Went camping with friends/some family and even the rain didn't dampen the fun and relaxation. I didn't realize how much I needed to just get away.

I love motherhood and apple pie.

Got on the scale this morning - down 2.2# since May 6th.

A miracle! This morning a handrail appeared on the stairway down to our basement. I’ve been asking for handrail for 32 years but it was, alas, NOT ALLOWED. It was forbidden!

Now that I’m only going to live here for a few more weeks, I get a handrail. Lucky me?

That is a miracle. I would be long dead if I did not have handrails. I am getting where I freak out when I take a bath at my son's house and there is no handrail to help me get out of the tub. . . .
