The website had tons of products in all different sizes in the same white jar with similar labels. It came in the mail but I didn't open it for a few weeks until I ran out of the old stuff. I only noticed the product was different when I opened the jar up and peeled back the seal, as it was a different color and consistency than the product I had been using. Non-returnable because I opened it up, and I also threw away the packing slip.
So that's like $40 down the drain. The product doesn't work the same on my hair, and now I have a year's supply of it...
The other instance is that I threw $9.50 out the window because I left something in my cart when I was unloading it into the back of my car at Target the other day.
I need to remind myself to "be in the moment" and PAY ATTENTION to what I am doing.
